My story started my senior year of high school when I took my first photography class. Little did I know, that photography class was going to change my life! That year was when my passion & business really began, and I would have never guessed that over a decade later, this is where I would be!
Now, I get to take my love of beauty, makeup, & fashion, and create unforgettable, once in a lifetime experiences for my big hearted clients!
But besides a photographer, makeup artist, and stylist, there's a whole lot more that makes me, me!

I took my first photography class & graduated high-school having photographed over 200 sessions and decided I should enroll in photo at college.
I transferred from NY to SCAD, & chose to study abroad in Australia for a year. I interned at a fashion magazine, worked with modeling agencies helping new models gain experience in front of the camera, photographed at clubs and other venues to help pay the bills, and photographed and designed catalogs for an awesome footwear company.
I walked into my first Business 101 class in NY, looked around the room, and walked right on out and switched my major to Photography. It was in that moment, I knew that photography was where I was supposed to be and I lived in the art department the next 2 years. This was also the year the name Fingerprints Photography was born!
Came home from Australia & quickly after adopted my sweet girl, Gracie!

I purchased my second horse, and horse of a lifetime, Benny.
I met my partner in crime, Artur. It's been 3 years & I can't image my life without him! x
I started actively and annually traveling around the country for my clients & Fingerprints Community, expanding Fingerprints from Chicago to Florida, Kentucky, South Jersey & the East Coast every year!
Rebranded from Fingerprints Photography, to Emily Finger & Artur officially became my second shooter!
Invested in multiple avenues of professional development such as courses, a mastermind, and a conference in Arizona!
