Eveline’s Chicago equestrian photoshoot with her horse Sylvester (aka Silly), and her partner Drew was nothing short of magical! The way the sun was setting in the background couldn’t have been any more perfect for this shoot. Eveline had Sylvester for 18 years! She had me come capture these photos before he passed, as a celebration of life and a great friendship. The two of them shared many great memories, and I’m so grateful and honored to have been a part of at least one of them!

When Eveline reached out to me, I was in the middle of packing for my annual east coast trip. I immediately dropped everything to fit her in since this was such a memorable and important session. I am so glad she contacted me because I loved every second of the session with them!

On the day of Eveline’s Equestrian Photoshoot

Eveline, Sylvester, Drew, and I had the most amazing Chicago summer afternoon session at the TopLine Equestrian Center! I was so happy Eveline brought Drew along to the session, so we were able to get him in some pictures with Sylvester and capture some moments just as a couple too. Not only did all of them look fabulous, but they were truly great people and honestly made the shoot such a blast!

As much as I can’t stop talking about how perfect the weather was for this photoshoot, I will never get over the bond between these two. Just watching the interactions between Eveline and Sylvester left a smile on my face for the entire afternoon. You could just sense the deep bond these two had developed over the years, and I’m honored to have been able to capture these moments for them!
