Justin and Abri Zinkl asked me to capture their 1 year wedding anniversary photos in Chicago. They had been disappointed in their wedding photos from a different photographer, so they had asked me to help them recreate some beautiful and iconic photos downtown. The couple loved dressing up again in their wedding attire! I did Abri’s makeup and we zipped away to begin their Chicago anniversary session!

We visited and took pictures at the Wrigley Building, the Lincoln Park Zoo, and North Avenue Beach. The Wrigley building and North Avenue Beach gave us the most breathtaking view of the skyline of Chicago! We had such a blast photographing the couple at all of the different iconic Chicago locations and they all turned out so stunning! The champagne we brought to the Lincoln Park Zoo resulted in a couple pictures exuding excitement with Justin popping open the champagne. Lincoln Park Zoo’s greenery and golden lighting really complemented the couple and also helped in contrasting the Chicago scenery at the other locations. Check out the Zinkl’s Chicago anniversary session below!
